Christina Washington is a U.S. Army Veteran and licensed REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 ProLink in Sioux City, Iowa. Born and raised in Sioux City, Christina has seen firsthand how deeply a strong sense of “home” can shape people’s lives.

Following in her father’s footsteps, she proudly served in the Army Reserves and was deployed overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Her years in the military instilled the discipline, integrity, and resilience she now brings to every real estate transaction.

After returning home, Christina earned her Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University, later gaining diverse experience in public safety and corrections. This entailed managing Animal Services for the Coronado Police Department in California and serving as a Correctional Officer for the Woodbury County Sheriff’s Department in Iowa, before turning her passion for real estate into a career. Through her own hands-on experience managing and maintaining residential properties, Christina developed a deep understanding of what makes a home truly livable and valuable and she carries that insight into every client relationship.

Christina is described as honest, hardworking, and deeply loyal.  She believes in empowering clients with knowledge and guiding them through one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence, ease, and trust.

When she’s not helping families find their next home, Christina enjoys spending time with her family and being active in the Siouxland community she’s proud to call home once again.
